Загряваме фурната на 180гр. Подготвяме си формата за кекса, намасляваме и поръсваме с брашно.<br />
Разбъркваме маслото със захарта, след това се добавят яйцата по едно, като след всяко се разбърква. Добавяме олиото, киселото мляко с разтворено в него бакпулвера и накрая брашното, както се разбърква с шпатула.<br />
Сместа се изсипва в формата и се пече до готовност на кекса като се проверява с клечка за готовността ако клечката е суха значи кекса е готов.<br />
Извадете и охладете за 10 мин. преди да извадите от формата, охладете кекса напълно преди разрязване.<br />

Намажете тавичката със зехтин<br />Разбийте яйцата с вилица и ги смесете с натрошеното сирене и половината от настъргания кашкавал и подправките <b>. </b>Сцепете чушките по дължина и ги разтворете.<br />Запълнете с приготвената плънка и ги затваряте . Подредете в тавичката, поръсете с галета, и напръсквате леко със зехтин(масло).<br />

продукти. Ако ползвате компот от ананас, а не консерва с нарязан ананас,
ще трябва да нарежете ананасовите шайби на малки парченца. Запечете орехите. Тези, които са за тестото,
нарежете на малки парченца, а останалите (за украсата) смелете.
Пригответе си две големи купи. В едната пресейте брашното и го смесете
добре с останалите сухи съставки – солта, содата, канелата,
орехите и захарта.</span><br />
<span style="color: white;">Във втората купа се разбиват
яйцата (съвсем леко с вилица, колкото да се смесят жълтъци с белтъци).
Добавят се последователно олиото, ванилията, ананасa и бананите
намачкани с вилица. Мокрите съставки се прибавят към сухите и се смесват
с помощта на дървена лъжица, шпатула. Разбърквайте докато сместа се хомогенизира.</span><br />
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="color: white;">Полученото тесто се разпределя в две еднакви форми,
предварително покрити с хартия за печене. Тоест, за тортата се изпичат
два блата, които (след като се изпекат и изстинат) се нарязват
хоризонтално на 2 половини. Може тесто да се насипе само в една форма, и
след като се изпече да се разреже на 4 части. Имайте предвид, че ако
печете всичкото тесто в една тава, времето за печене ще се увеличи. Пече
се в предварително затоплена<span style="line-height: 24px;"> на 170-180°C за около </span>30-40
минути, или докато клечка, забита в центъра, излезе суха. Възможно е повърхността на тестото да се
зачерви, да има вид на изпечено, а вътрешността да е влажна. В такъв
случай, може да покриете тавите с алуминиево фолио и да допечете. Когато
се извадят от фурната, тавите се оставят да се охладят за десетина
минути. След това изпечените блатове се изваждат от формите и се оставят
върху скара, докато изстинат напълно. Могат да се съхраняват няколко дни в хладилник, обвити в алуминиево фолио.</span></div>

<span style="color: white;">Приготвя се крема. Маслото
и крем сиренето трябва да са на стайна температура. Смесват се в
подходящ съд и се разбиват докато се смесят напълно и е получи пухкав
крем. Добавят се пудрата захар, сметаната и ванилията. Разбива се докато
крема усвои захарта. Не прекалявайте с разбиването, защото сместа може
да се втечни.</span></div>

<span style="color: white;">Горната част на блатовете, тази която се е
надула при печенето се отрязва (изравнява) с помощта на остър нож. Може и да не
го правите, ако тортата е на 1 етаж, ще се получи красива куполовидна
повърхност. Блатове се разрязват на две, ако сте изпекли два отделни или на 4, ако сте изпекли един( При мене е един блат разрязан на две)</span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="color: white;">След това тортата се сглобява по
стандартният начин – редува се блат, крем, блат, крем. За сглобяването
на тортата може да се ползва тортен ринг, но би станала и без него. Може да
загладите крема идеално, да го намажете небрежно или да направите
завъртулки или прави черти с помощта на шпатулата с която нанасяте
крема. За по-лесното оформяне на повърхността на тортата, шпатулата може
да се потапя периодично в гореща вода. </span></div>

се измиват хубаво и, без да се белят, се нарязват на ивички с помощта
на белачка за картофи по цялата дължина. Посоляват се и се оставят
30-ина минути. В това време се приготвя маринадата – в купа се смесват
зехтина, меда, оцета, черния пипер, чесъна и ситно нарязаните зелени
съставки, хубаво се размесват.<br /><br />Изстискват се леко тиквичките,
слагат се в маринадата и се разбъркват. Купата с тиквичките се оставя в
хладилника поне 2 часа, отвреме на време може да се разбъркват.<br />

Разположена е в живописна долина по течението на река Тополница, в сърцето на Същинска Средна гора.<br />
Предполага се, че старите пътища, свързващи градовете Златица, Пирдоп и
Клисура със Стрелча и Панагюрище, се кръстосвали на мястото на днешна
Копривщица, притоци на р. Тополница са били подходящо място за почивка на кервани, пътници и търговци. Така възниква града.<br />
Друга легенда
разказва за млада жена, заселила се на мястото на днешна Копривщица,
тъй като местността ѝ се сторила подходяща за отглеждане на добитък.
Малко след пристигането си тя заминала за Одрин (днешна Турция), където
измолила от султана ферман, чрез който ставала владетелка на Копривщица,
а селото получавало големи привилеги.<br />

В Копривщица са съхранени близо 400 старинни къщи, които греят в ярки
цветове – синьо, червено, жълто, оранжево и бяло. Скрити зад тежките
дървени порти и високите каменни зидове, те са спътници на

Старата църква „Успение на Света Богородица. Построена е през 1817 г., но е възстановявана неведнъж с помощта на
местните хора. Впечатляващ е дървеният иконостас във вътрешността на

Задушаваме в маслото/захтина нарязаният на дребно лук и чесън до омекване,
прибавяме смляното месо и задушаваме под капак, докато се втвърди и
побелее. Разбъркваме и прибавяме
нарязания пресен лук, сол, черен пипер, кимион, кориандър и магданоза. Охлаждаме леко
готовата плънка. След това я слагаме в чопъра, белендера , прибавяме и чушките и правим няколко оборота , до получаване на смест за намазване на тестото.</div>

Разточваме всяка топка на плоска елипсовидна питка върху набрашнен плот на тънко и
я пренасяме в тавичка (стандартната тавичка на печката), постлана с
хартия за печене. За плънката с кайма първо намазване с лютеница и после отгоре с пръсти нанасяме плънката, равномерно във всяка питка .Загънете краищата навътре, докато получите нещо като спретната лодка. За плънката със сирене , равномерно я застиламе във всяка питка, загръщаме крайцата и оформяме лодки , намазваме крайцата със зехтин.<br />
Леко намазваме със зехтин тестото което остава от горната
страна и ги печем на180гр.докато се зачервят. Преди да ги извадете поръсете допълнително с кашкавал и върнете за няколко минути.<br />

Карамелизирайте захарта за крокана и сипете в нея орехите. Разбъркайте и
изсипете карамела върху дъска , покрита с хартия за печене. След като
крокана се втвърди го счукайте в хаванче.<br />
Разбийте яйцата и захарта на пухкав крем. По рецепта тортата е със
сурови яйца. Ако ви притеснява консумацията на такива, просто ги
темперирайте на водна баня. Заедно със захарта ги разбийте добре на
много плътен крем в стъклена купа, която сте поставили в тенджера с
гореща вода. Водата не трябва да завира за да не се сготвят яйцата и да
станат на бъркани яйца. Ако направите това няма да се тревожите повече,
че яйцата са сурови. След това оставете яйчения крем добре да се охлади
и ароматизирайте с ванилията.<br />
В друг съд разбийте добре маслото с пудрата захар и прибавете какото. Смесете двата крема. <br />
Сипете коняка в млякото. Начупете бишкотите на две и ги напръскайте с
млякото. Объркайте ги с крема и накрая сипете и крокана. Внимателно
объркайте всичко в голям съд. Аз правя това в тенджера.<br />
Изсипете готовата смес в тортена форма с подвижен пръстен. Виждате от снимката, че името на тортата е напълно подходящо.<br />
